 3rd February,  2024 Governor Inuwa Gives Out Gombe SSG's Daughter,  Sumayya in Marriage  Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, led a state government delegation to partake in the nuptial rites of Sumayya Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, daughter of Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, the Secretary to the Gombe State Government. The wedding fatiha between Sumayya Njodi and Jamilu Ibrahim took place at the Kaltungo Central Mosque, and was presided by the Chief Imam, Muhammad Isa Imam who sealed the union with the pronouncement of a dowry of one hundred thousand Naira (100,000). Governor Inuwa Yahaya served as the Waliy for the bride, Sumayya, while Dr. Muhammad Bello took on the role of Wakil for the groom, Jamilu.
