  The Lagos State Police Command has apprehended a woman identified as Dorcas Oluwabukola, accused of pouring hot water on her husband in the Meiran area of the state, citing suspicion of infidelity as the motive. According to a police source from the Meiran division, the suspect, Dorcas Oluwabukola, will be transferred to the state Criminal Investigation Department once the ongoing investigation is concluded. The incident reportedly occurred after the wife became upset when her husband attended a childhood friend's wedding without her, leading to a heated argument between them. Subsequently, she allegedly poured hot water on him. Assuring the public of a thorough investigation, the police source mentioned that the division is closely monitoring the husband's progress, as he has been hospitalized since the incident.
